Based on your chosen package, you are entitled to up to three revisions. We’re happy to accommodate unlimited revision requests at no additional charge, provided the core concept and design direction remain unchanged. However, exceeding the included revision limit may result in additional design and development fees. (Fair usage policy applies.)
Funds deposited for a project are non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been approved or revisions have been requested, unless Grand Canyon Designs cancels or terminates the contract for reasons not related to your breach or non-performance.

Once the initial design concepts are approved or modifications are requested, any funds deposited for the project become non-refundable.
Refund eligibility applies only if requested before the approval or revision of initial design concepts. After this point, the refund offer is void.
Refund requests will be honored according to the following structure:
Full Refund (minus a 10% service & processing fee) if requested before the delivery of the initial concepts.
50% Refund (minus 10% processing fee) if requested within 48 hours after initial delivery.
33% Refund (minus 10% processing fee) if requested between 48–120 hours after delivery.
No Refunds will be processed after 120 hours of initial design concept delivery.
Refunds are not applicable if:
You’ve been inactive for 10 days after placing the order.
You’ve remained unresponsive for over 5 days, in which case your project may be considered suspended. A reactivation fee may apply.
No refund will be issued after final files have been delivered.
For website packages, once the website has been developed or deployed live, refunds are no longer applicable.
For video animation packages, refunds are not entertained once the storyboard has been approved or designed.
Refunds are not applicable to services such as Hosting, SSL, TLS, SEO, Content Writing, or Social Media Management.
If work has begun on either the frontend or backend of your website, you may or may not be eligible for a refund, based on the scope of completed work.
Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind after purchase.
Refunds for custom packages follow the same rules as individual services.
Example: If you’ve ordered both logo and web design, approved the logo, and now wish to cancel the web design portion, your refund can only be claimed before the initial web design is delivered.
All refund requests must be submitted through our support department. Grand Canyon Designs reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on the terms of your user agreement, and will assess each request on a case-by-case basis.
A valid reason must accompany your refund request, which will be reviewed against your design brief and provided feedback. If the design aligns with your original brief, a refund will not be issued—but we will continue to revise until you’re satisfied.
Our Money-Back Guarantee is intended for clients acting in good faith. If it is determined that multiple agencies were hired for the same job solely to exploit refund policies, Grand Canyon Designs reserves the right to decline the refund request.
Customer feedback is essential to finalizing any design. Non-cooperation from the client may affect the project and your refund eligibility.
Our 100% Unique Design Guarantee means that we start each project from scratch. If your final design is found to closely resemble another existing logo, we will offer a free re-draw. Any similarity is purely coincidental, and Grand Canyon Designs holds no liability for perceived resemblance.

We will ensure that the website we create for you is compatible with your chosen hosting provider’s technical requirements. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all hosting platforms, and it is your responsibility to verify the compatibility before purchasing our website package.
All design order files are delivered on the email specified on the “Order Confirmation” date. An email is also sent to inform the Client about their design order delivery to their specific email. All policies about revision & refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to the Client’s email.
